A GOOD DAY again at work

Well I am happy for a number of reasons today, 1 st is the fact I was working with the first guy I worked with at the new job, he is funny and just someone cool to be around all day. We had to put a new wall a/c unit in today and it went well, then I went off to do some maintenance on one of his accounts when my supervisor called me and asked if he could take me to lunch I was like damn it I just bought Wendy's So I was like thanks but I already have something. He then proceeded to pull in next to me at the job and we were bs ing about the break in of my van etc... So then he says to me that the vp still doesn't want to cover my gps grrrr.. But he and my service manager think it should so with that he pulled out a brand new gps and says I hope this one will be similar to your old one. He said that he wants me to be happy and not bitter about the company. And that not to tell my co workers because after this they are going to make a announcement that they are not going to replace anyones things stolen from the cab of the vans, we have dividers to separate the stock/equipment from us, anything back there will be replaced. Weird but hey. So now my new thing is carrying a backpack to put all my things into that i wouldn't want some scum bag stealing. So from now on I will have said backpack. I like the new gps its nice works good runs on batteries and can be plugged in so I can now walk with it when April and I go to Boston or NYC the old one was stuck to the car cause it had no battery. I just hope my supervisor didn't pay for it out of pocket between him and the service manager. I work for a huge company and would be disappointed if he did that and didn't get reimbursed. Well Thats why I'm Happy today
